Cha... I should have done this

Bring the cheer in you

Cha.. I should have done this. This is Absolutely Not required.

There are 7.8 billion souls in this planet of which roughly around 75% of population is above 18 years. and the common introspection is cha.. i Should have done this, or arrey I should have done this.

There can be numerous instances to make you feel desperate. Some will die today tomorrow or after a decade. But you are alive now and doable and that’s the best part.

Desperation, vex, annoyance, irksome or botheration is a common occurrence to many in this modern technological geek world, the aspirations of many attrition-ed  due to prevailing recession a major outcome of Covid infestation.
The bread winners in the family raring to get back to the work, the school kids missing their mischievous pals and their favorite teachers at school, Sporting champions rueing in their own backyard burning their muscular machines, celebrities losing stardom as their films in their kitty are getting dried up. My heartfelt condolences to the untimely demise of a budding Indian actor unable to come to terms during this difficult times. May his soul rest in peace.

Many are praying with folded arms in anticipation of better times for a much awaited reprieve. Is there any time machine to reverse or fast forward the time. This is the thought which resonates in everyone’s mind often than not. I dont think so its possible. Or can we propel Stephen Hawking the physician and cosmologist to invent a time machine. Then chances are that we can travel a three decades back invest your money in stock market and come back to witness its bullion, or get back to your higher secondary exams revise well and top score, or  to meet your yesteryear crush Julia Roberts in her prime time instead  of witnessing her charisma digitally through  the Movie Notting Hill on  Netflix.

Most of the times we think something to do... and we do what.. ? And from somewhere something  creeps in...what prevents us in doing positive do able actions?
Most of the times it is underplay of confidence... what will others think of us guided by a flock mentality and what not.

I say Create your Niche. I am not a psychologist or a  Stephen covey.  Create your niche, let it be as small as a morsel but be creative, real and be happy about it. Just hang on the tide.  I am not asking you to work up on a  Eisenhower matrix. Believe me the opportunities are actually more. Even during the century old Spanish flu outbreak there was a class of graduates which has graduated to perform exceedingly well and come out with flying colors in different avenues of life.

I further say communicate to your near and dear ones, bask in their relationship for at least some time for now. No desperation and no extreme steps. Cooperate with your community and the proximates. Cohabitate with your neighbors. Find a social milieu around you and adapt in their      ecosystem. Remember there were clans, tribes and communities which happened to live a blissful life without any expectations. The proximate community living is one niche where our joys are more pleasurable when they are cherished by our friends, our families and even our neighbors. Get down to into a social functioning  infusing harmony but please don’t forget social distancing as it is the new normal. There is every possibility that you will thrive. For I am a staunch believer that community is one pillar which will sail you through, which even creates market economy and the power of suffrage to make a state machinery.

Finances are just one piece of the cake. The printed money existed just around the century. Life thrived even before the barter system existed in communities. And we are the most advanced evolutionary species for we possess the power in the genes to see off adversity and difficult living.

Keep pursuing your normal possible chores. Stop  leaving every thing and becoming  a self centered fanatic.Think about  the best that you have done in life that has got accolades that might be the strength that comes naturally to you. To be at your goalpost there are some basic tools required to  focus on that. For which the confidence in full swing, steely resolve and a flexible mindset can be the wheels to drive you to the goalpost in life. Get prepared to hold on it’s steering. Just focus on it try to decipher what are the building blocks required and what are the raw materials you have for now. For your dream can always be built to a reality.

My take is to ingrain the fact and notion that life is a blessing in various forms for it has to be lived to the fullest possible extent. Let the shortcomings and stressors be a passing cloud. There is a cloud nine every day for the optimists in Years to come.

For Magzblog

Be happy

  3. A very well written article. Live in the present is the Mantra. Ne happy and content with what u have...and then aspire more. For all techies, happiness and unhappiness appear like sinewave with positives and negatives. But if u give DC positive bias and shift the graph by few cm from ZERO, you are always happy with little ups and downs. Enjoy the moment
